I can't believe I've never reviewed this dish! This is the sparerib recipe we usually make, and it's really delicious. You'll need to marinate the meat for more than an hour, though. And better come up with a light dish for the day after! We tried slow-roasting this time - 2 hours 15 min at about 150 C produced meat that was a tad dry, we'll try 3 hours at 120 C tonight.
