With an ingredient list twice as long and a heat level two to three times as high as the Burmese Curried Pork reviewed in The Asian Grandmother's Cookbook, this dish is for the hardcore pork enthusiast and heat lover. It's worth the time to seek out the ingredients, however, as, in addition to heat, this dish packs a great flavor wallop.
