The best beef stroganoff I've ever had or made. The flavors will have you forget any imitation you've had in the past and never look back.

This recipe will change the way you think about Beef Stroganoff - forever. It is so far removed from what I, as an American kid growing up in the 70's and 80's, knew as beef stroganoff that it was almost unrecognizable! Rich and creamy with notes of fresh dill and dijon. Amazing.
