We really liked this. I had three chicken thighs, removed the skin, and made a halfish recipe. The "marinade" is very simple, garlic, ginger, sugar, tomato paste, salt, cayenne, and turmeric. I made more or less all the marinade for my three thighs. And I made more or less all the sauce. We didn't think it was oversauced. But it was delicious. Relatively easy to make and nothing too out of the ordinary -- all but the lemon grass are staples.
