While this was good I didn't enjoy the eggs made this way. When I dropped them from the shells at the direction of 12 inches above the yolks busted. I like my yolks to stay intact until I prick them with my fork and let them ooze over whatever I'm eating them with. Hubby and son like theirs completely done so I left theirs in the pan longer. I did love the smoked paprika and chili flakes in the fried potatoes with the eggs though. If I made this again I'd do my eggs in a separate pan and serve o... Read more
