While this was good but daughter and I thought not good enough to repeat. The boys wouldn't touch it. We like other pastas better. I think I'd prefer less cream and more cheese. The chestnuts and mushrooms did give it a nice flavor. I had chestnuts in my freezer. Chestnuts weren't to bad to peal but I took a hint from online and cut a small x in top of each before adding to boiling water and cooked 3 minutes then let sit in the hot water while I removed a few at a time to cool just enough to ha...
