Son, daughter, son in law and I all enjoyed this one. Hubbys not a chicken eater. I was the only one to eat cilantro on mine and son in law only had ketchup and mustard on his. I originally bought ciabatta rolls to use but someone in my cookbook club tried them that way and said they were to bready. I had to make another run to the market and found some take and bake demi baguettes which worked perfectly. We had a half one each.
