Have made this lots of time. One thing I've noted is that it often needs a bit of extra water at the end. It's a good make-ahead sort of recipe where you have everything ready and finish it off in the last few minutes before serving. I've noted that when serving this with Tangy Green Beans (p58), you should start the final finishing of that before finishing this.
