I love making things in a pumpkin for Halloween and have made beef stew and chicken pot pie in the past. This year I made mac and cheese. Love that this recipe had ham and spinach along with two types of cheeses. This was delicious scooped out of the pumpkin along with some of the pumpkin meat.
