Great standard crepe recipe for sweet/dessert or breakfast crepes, though since there is no sugar in the batter, I think it would be delicious with savory fillings as well. I made mine the night before, letting it "rest" in the fridge overnight and the texture was perfect. There is a variation for buckwheat crepes, as well as chestnut crepes.
