This was amazing. My family loves hominy so I knew we had to try this one and all I can say is Yum! I know this is a strange substitution but I thought I had brandy only to find out after starting to make this that I didn't so I used Tequila instead since that is what I had. Can't imagine it could be any better with brandy, but next time I'll try it. I was afraid hubby might not like it since it had fennel and spinach in it but he enjoyed it as well.
