This is a delicious cake and as the name implies it comes together quickly. The flavor of the sweet/tart plums in the tender almond cake is wonderful! I thought it was going to be difficult to pit the plums without halving them first but it was doable (the whole pitted plums are pressed into the batter). The brandy in the glaze adds a nutty, caramel note, so don't skip it!
