Outstanding filling. (I used fromage blanc, rather than Greek yogurt.)

The cake part of the roll is a bit fussy, like trying to cook and roll an angel food cake almost. There seemed to be not quite enough batter.

The result was delicious, and a roll always looks nice even if you know where all the little tears and breaks are.
