These maybe a 5 star cookie that I slightly over baked?? I was hoping for a bit more chew. The author processes the oats slightly before adding them to the wet ingredients, which may make them chewier (?) but I did miss that typical hearty texture of an oatmeal cookie. I was very generous with the cinnamon (both in the cookie and the glaze) and they definitely got devoured. Next time I will bake 3-4 minutes less.
