Very simple to make--though a fair bit of chopping. Used legs, wings and breasts (breasts bond and skinned) in place of the 8 eggs called for in the recipe. Stirred it twice during its two hours in the oven; let it sit a bit as directed and then served out of the same dish it got mixed and baked in. We all loved it.
