Son and I didn't care for these as much as hubby did. The banana was really overwhelming to us but hubby didn't think so. Maybe my bananas were two large. The batter was also a bit hard to work with making the pancakes hard to flip. Served them with bacon and maple syrup and dusted with confectioners sugar.
