We made this and served over rice as suggested. Tasty, quick and easy work night meal. Hardest part is cutting the tenderloin into thin strips and the carrots into matchsticks. Prepping in advance is the best way since it really goes fast once you get to the stir frying part. OJ was an interesting addition but made for a delightful flavor. I used low sodium soy sauce.
