Another winner from the Contessa. Easy and delicious and if you buy your shrimp already peeled and deveined, dinner can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. Looks and smells great on the plate.

This is delicious- very lemony and garlicky. I have made it a number of times with shrimp but as you can see from the photo this time I used clams instead. Equally as good!

This is one of my favorite recipes, and it is very easy to put together. I usually halve the amount of salt and pasta in the recipe. It's very lemony and garlicky, and has a nice bit of color to it with the fresh parsley.
