9/19/10 Leftover Costco rotisserie chicken. What else can you do but chicken salad?! Secret ingredient: apple cider vinegar sprinkled over the chicken before adding other ingredients. Ingredient list: minimal. Had this for lunch tucked inside a beautiful red farmer's market tomato.
