This can make a pretty good no-meat burger if you get the proportions of everything just right, and if your lentils are well-seasoned to begin with, and the nuts are very fresh, etc. It is very touchy, though, and can be good or bad seemingly on a whim. The seasonings are not absolutely correct somehow, but I can't really tell you what is off. It seems like there might be too much dried mustard powder in there.
