It's nice when done well, but it's definitely not easy (not in the meaning of 'not complex'), and it contains several mistakes.


Both the potatoes and the aubergines need to be fully cooked. Baking the moussaka for 10 min will only allow the cheese to melt, not cook the vegetables. Grilling the aubergines (esp. without oil on them) won't cook them; it'll only get them partially charred (a.k.a. burnt).
