Fragrant and with a little crunch. Another lovely quinoa recipe.

I served this with the Simplest Tomato Salad of the same book. Good combination. I will also try combining it with roasted chick peas.

First toast the spices while cooking the grains, as they need to go into the warm grains. Everything else you can do either while cooking the grains or while cooling them. The food processor will "take" the herbs better if you add the oil and lemon juice as well.
