Pretty good stuff. My lamb chops marinated overnight.

  • Didn't make the Herbed Yogurt Sauce 3 hours ahead; it would have been better to do that. It needed a bit of salt too.
  • Grilled the chops under the broiler, 6min per side. That was a bit too much, but maybe my chops weren't 1" thick.
