Delicious! It was simple to make yet tasted very exotic!! I made this dish before verifying I had the coconut milk in the pantry. In a panic I substituted pina colada mix with vanilla yogurt. We loved it! My husband ate it so fast I was almost angry he did not savor it longer!!

Next time I will double the recipe so there can be leftovers!
