Smoked Turkey Breast and Apple Chutney Panini

This cookbook came in the mail today just as I was ready to make lunch. So, my first recipe was this turkey breast sandwich...made with leftover roasted turkey instead of slices. I thought it was delicious! Nice change from cranberry with turkey. However, it only gets a 4 star rating as the 30-ish young man I also made it for thought it was too wierd. I am cooking from this book all weekend long, so I should have other reviews soon.
