My daughter loved this one and asked for the recipe. Son liked it too but said the eggs weren't done enough for him. I enjoyed this one as well. I'll be making this one again. I also used Meyer lemon in this recipe. Panko bread crumbs toasted with garlic and lemon zest were perfect in this recipe. The dressing was enjoyable as well.
