This is hearty, nutty loaf is delicious and nutritions. I will say the crumb of mine was a little dense and next time I will add a few minutes onto the bake time (I took it out at approx. 65 minutes). I let mine sit in the fridge about 7 hours before the first (overnight) rise, about 14 hours.
