Simple recipe that has many ingredients that are usually on hand in a well stocked kitchen. Definitely a crowd pleaser as is, but also easy to customize. I substituted fresh chopped cilantro for the green peppers, used a Mexican cheese mix rather than plain cheddar, and because I like it spicy...I garnished with sliced jalapenos.
