Can't say that this recipe totally replicates Red Lobster's crab stuffed mushrooms, but it is rather tasty! It's also pretty easy to make and the ingredients are well balanced so that the taste of the crab meat does shine through. The only change I made was to use a tad bit less than one cup of bread crumbs...a half to 3/4 cup is more than sufficient.
