Not your ordinary pizza, but very satisfying.
No cans of cannellini beans in-house (inventory fail :-( ), so I used borlotti instead. Still good. The bean purée was a bit salty when I tasted it alone, but on the pizza it was fine.
I used a winter squash (trying to use up prolific winter squashes in the potager) that I think is kabocha, but can't see it looks like those pictures. Could have used a bit more of the squash, maybe 3 cups of cubes. That said, the 2 cups fit perfectly in the toaster o... Read more
