I saw Rachael make this on her show Friday. This was delicious. We did make one substitution. We couldn't find frozen artichokes in our local market and the ones in the can were $4 + per can. We decided to use some roasted red peppers and mushrooms in place of the artichokes. I'm hoping to try it with the artichokes sometime when we can find them at a more reasonable price.
