Very good. It's not so much the recipe as the technique. Slices of eggplant (as small one does for two people), sprayed with olive oil, sprinkled with a spice mix that goes with the rest of dinner, and dribbled with a big squeeze of lime juice. This sits till you're read, then onto the bbq, under the grill, or onto a grill pan. Minimal work, high in edibility. Good way to use up odd bits of spice mixes in the cabinet.
