This is a delicious and refreshing lemonade. I did add more sugar to the pitcher instead of more honey as suggested by the authors. 4 of my family added a bit more to their individual glasses while 2 others preferred it just the way it was. It says the concentrate and steeped ginger will keep in the fridge up to 5 days. My pitcher only lasted a few hours before my family devoured it at my Dad's birthday supper.
