One of my favorite cookbooks, one of my favorite recipes in said cookbook. The way this cookbook works is you gather your ingredients in a bowl that is placed over the pasta water as it heats up. The bowl I use is a big orange Pyrex bowl my mother had, my most cherished possession of hers, and I use a pasta pot with a drop in basket. I make this recipe all the time, and always remember to pick up 3 cans of chopped clams whenever I'm at Big Lots or happen to see them in the store to have on hand....
