I halved this recipe, using one pound flank steak. There didn't seem to be quite enough marinade though it did come out tender and delicious. I made Molly Yeh's pita bread and tucked the juicy meat inside along with some of the onions, cucumbers, lettuce and tahini sauce. I did marinate overnight.
