Rice Pudding With Golden Raisins

I am updating my review after making this several times and finding it too sweet. Strange since my initial review mentioned "not too sweet" ... That said I do prefer my desserts less sweet. This is still a wonderfully creamy rice pudding. I will continue to make it but cut back on the sugar. I skipped the raisins and had to use vanilla rather than vanilla bean - very simple and delicious! I also like this doesn't make a huge amount since there is only one rice pudding eater in the house.
