Each year I pick out a different, usually new to us, breakfast casserole for our Christmas morning. This year I picked one from my new Southern Living 1,001 ways to cook Southern Cookbook. We enjoyed this one and it's nice that you can put it together the night before and pop in oven to cook while you're doing other things on Christmas morning. Of course it would be good other times of the year as well.
