Baked Shrimp Scampi

I haven't made this recipe in a while, but I definitely will. I love cooking with panko crumbs. This is an easy recipe to prepare, and worthy of entertaining. This is fabulous. The intro to the recipe describe it best...the crunchy crust makes the dish. And this recipe gives you options for side dishes other than basic pasta. It is also good with roasted potatoes...or even just a huge salad and some crusty bread.
