This cake was pretty dry, but the frosting was incredible! I would definitely use the frosting on another cake.

Using this recipe, our pork chops were grilled to perfection. My only complaint was that the garlic stuffed into the chops didn't soften.

I used the blue cheese butter portion of this when I made Bistecca alla Fiorentino, and it was great! Really enhanced the flavor of the steak.
