Flaky, moist, sweet and tart from the cranberries. If you just undercook by 1 minute it doesn't give you a dry scone. These are fantastic.

I love this recipe and so did my dinner guests. It is quick and easy. The spiced butter mixture makes extra that I used for a second meal for a busy week night.
