This is the recipe I make the most from this cookbook. Really fast to put together, tasty and you can make it ahead. It's a great gluten-free lunch to go.
Vegan chocolate mousse is so much easier than the regular kind! You really don't need to bother using chocolate soy milk, the regular flavour works just as well since there's lots...

Great idea for veggie burgers. I use canned chickpeas instead of sprouted. Leftovers make a great lunch to go.
Great recipe but takes a bit of planning ahead since it works much better with freshly cooked beans. Leftovers mushed onto pizza crust are also tasty!
Simple yummy brussels sprouts recipe. Roasting makes them taste really good and not at all like the brussels sprouts people have bad memories of!
