Very tasty and very doable on a week-night. Good flavors (soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, scallions, sake) nicely balanced, and a good option on a night when you might think you are too tired to cook. We served with rice but I think I'd like it better with lettuce and a vinaigrette that echoed the marinade flavors.
