If you love goat cheese like my wife and I do, there's a good chance you'll really like this recipe. The tomatoes make it much less overwhelming than a quiche lorraine (which is far too overwhelming for me with all the bacon and cheese).
The only time consuming part of the recipe is making the pie dough (I usually use the recipe for basic pie dough on pg. 665). The rest of the recipe is pretty quick and easy. One word of caution though: don't forget to core the tomatoes! If you leave the cores in, you'll end up with an extremely soggy mess.
