Very quick prep all of which may be done in advance; total cooking time is about 10-12 minutes. Good flavor. The red pepper adds just the right touch of sweetness. A good choice for a week-night meal.
Recipe doesn't call for this to be served over rice but next time I would do so as the sauce is really good and would be nice absorbed into rice.
