A simple spinach side -- nice as a side or as a bed for steamed or sauteed fish. Can be made ahead and reheated just before serving.

Actually a compound butter recipe rather than bread recipe. A nice garlic bread is the result brightened by a hint of lemon. Nice with a tomato-sauced pasta.
