These muffins were very tasty. I used the full amount of crumble and it really added to the finished muffin. First use of my Oxo muffin cups was a success, took 25 min to bake. Next time I would increase plums a little.

Lemon Blackberry Muffins reviewed by Kestrel

We grow blackberries in our allotment; they’re abundant so I always flash freeze the extras for baking or jam. I used half einkorn flour and a flax egg for one of the eggs in this recipe. I omitted the glaze this time. Will definitely repeat these.
