I made this red pepper jam to go with the mini salt cod sandwiches.
The jam is really a snap to make though for my taste it is too sweet. The author suggests that it can be used with cheese, game birds or on a cracker which is spread with goat cheese....

This soup was new to me. Made a wonderful meal with a ciabatta.
