These are delicious! I make them like cinnamon rolls and I think they cook better that way (page 213 has instructions for rolling out cinnamon rolls). I also make a different icing for the top. I add some cream cheese, a couple spoons of orange juice...

Pretty good. I followed the recommendation of making mini meatloafs. I froze a bunch of them so when I need a quick meal I can defrost 1 or 2 (I'm a single mom) and cook in the toaster oven. The sauce is a bit on the sweet side, but was still good....
