I've hadn't had the chance to cook anything from this book yet, but I skimmed it today and was very disappointed that it doesn't contain a recipe for Fesenjan - I thought that was one of the essential Persian dishes? Other than that, it looks like a nice book. It includes several suggestions for typical menus, for summer and winter lunches and dinners, and I enjoy the tone of the narrative.
