We cook from this book all the time. Its nothing fancy or 'foodie' or anything. Just good, solid, everyday vegetarian meals. Everything I've tried (and I've made most the recipes in the book) has turned out good and most are quick and easy. I do have a couple of gripes - the soups are too watery and the pastas aren't saucy enough - I counter this by using less broth/water and less pasta respectively. The serving sizes are quite generous for most recipes: like a starving adult, or teenage boy size.
